Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Rio!

On your first day, you'll arrive at the lovely Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort, a recently renovated 5-star oceanfront resort sitting on trendy Leblon Beach. Get settled; Topnotch and hotel staff will be close by to help with any requests you might have.

In the evening, join the tour host team and your fellow travelers as we enjoy dinner at a famous Brazilian Steakhouse, chat tennis and discuss the details of your time in Rome.

Day 2: Tour Rio

Christ the Redeemer + Tijuca Forest

No trip to Rio would be complete without a visit to the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue, one of the 7 wonders of the world. Situated at the top of the 2,300 foot Corcovado Mountain, this pedestaled art deco statue of Jesus Christ stands 123 feet tall with 98 foot outstretched arms that symbolically hug the city and its residents below. The tour will continue with an immersion in Rio's green heart, the Tijuca Forest. This preserved area of Atlantic Forest is visited by Cariocas and tourists for the practice of sports, strolls and walking, or to simply enjoy the native plants and fruitful trees that compose its flora and fauna.

Sugar Loaf + City Tour

At the Sugar Loaf Mountain, we will board a glass-paneled cable car to the top of 2 hills, for a bird's-eye view of the Guanabara Bay and the city below. We will get to know the charming residential area of Urca, where the Sugarloaf is located, then onto the beaches and neighborhoods of Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana. This tour features some of their iconic sights including: the restaurant where poet Vinicius de Moraes and musician Antonio Carlos Jobim were inspired to write the famous song Girl From Ipanema; the rock of Arpoador, the best place to catch Rio's epic sunset; and the Copacabana Palace luxury hotel that has long a history of hosting the rich and famous including Madonna, Michael Jackson, Marilyn Monroe, Justin Bieber, Diana Princess of Wales and Luciano Pavarotti.

Days 3-5: Experience the Rio Open

Over the next few days, you'll enjoy three days of VIP final rounds action. Although you'll have amazing reserved seats on the main stadium (Center Court) you'll also have access to private hospitality space with daily F&B vouchers at the players' restaurant onsite.

Day 6: Time to head home

It's time to check out and start your journey home or to your next destination. If you have time, take a stroll along the 2-mile stretch of Ipanema Beach.
