How do we get our tickets?

Two weeks before the beginning of tournament, we will email you your e-tickets along with your final itinerary. Note: your name as shown on your passport will be printed on your tickets. Thus, your printed e-tickets and a valid photo ID will be required to access the tournament grounds. Additionally, your tour hosts can also provide you with your printed tickets at the Welcome Dinner.

How do we get from the hotel to the tournament grounds?

Your tour hosts will provide a guided escort each morning from the Le Meridien Beach Plaza to the tournament grounds. It's a pleasant fifteen-minute (seaside) walk to the Monte-Carlo Country Club.

How do we get to Monaco?

Nice International Airport is the closest airport to Monaco. Your package includes a helicopter transfer from Nice to Monaco; it’s an amazing way to kick off your vacation. If you prefer, you can opt for a quick train ride instead.

Do we have the same seats each day?

You will be seated in different locations throughout your time at the Monte-Carlo Masters. Don’t worry, though—they’ll be a variety of the best possible locations in the level of seating you’ve chosen. (All of our seats are very close to the court.)

What if it rains?

Courts at the Monte-Carlo Masters are at the mercy of the weather, so some matches may be delayed due to rain. Fortunately, rain has been fairly rare in Monaco during our visits. If matches are cancelled due to weather or other reasons, seats privileges are lost for that day. No rain checks will be issued. Travel insurance is an option and our invoices are recognized by providers. However, we recommend being very thorough in your understanding what they will and will not cover. Additionally, GSTT Trip Protection is available, which gives you the flexibility to cancel your trip for any reason up to two weeks before the event start date. Check out the full details of our Trip Protection in our Booking Policy.

What time is Nadal playing next year?

Great question and one we receive often. The draw is only released a few days before the tournament, and the order of play is only published the evening before the match. So, if there’s a specific player you’d like to see, we can usually predict which tickets you’ll need to see him or her. However, we can't know the exact time and court until the day before the match.

Is airfare included?

Airfare is not included in the package pricing. We wrote a blog post on how to book your own flights, since it’s the easiest and cheapest way to get your airfare. But if you’d like us to help you with your flights, we’d be glad to do so.
