Where will my seats be located?
Our luxury suite seats are located on the baseline of Center Court, just a few rows from the action. The Garden Suite offers an exceptional, all-inclusive experience for discerning guests. Inside, you'll enjoy delicious cuisine crafted by a celebrity chef, an open bar, and complimentary grab-and-go food and beverages throughout your visit. The suite features a comfortable, climate-controlled indoor space and a private patio for relaxation.
How do we get from the hotel to the tournament grounds?
Roundtrip transportation is provided to the tournament from the hotel.
What if it rains?
Unfortunately, all Cincinnati Open courts are exposed to the elements, and rain may delay play. If matches are canceled due to weather or other reasons, seat privileges are lost for that day. If the tournament issues a refund for a cancelled session, it will be passed on to the customer. Back to top
What time is Carlos Alcaraz playing?
This is a great question and one we often receive. The draw is only released a few days before the tournament, and the order of play is only published the evening before the match. So, if there’s a specific player you’d like to see, we recommend you purchase tickets for two consecutive days, that way you will be guaranteed to be on the grounds for the day your favorite player is playing!
Is airfare included?
Airfare is not included in the package pricing. We wrote a blog post on how to book your own flights, since it’s the easiest and cheapest way to get your airfare. But if you’d like us to help you with your flights, we’d be glad to do so.
Is travel insurance available?
Yes, we recommend insuring your trip with an external provider. After booking, just take your invoice from us and present it to a travel insurance company, and protect your trip.
How flexible are tour dates?

What is the weather like in Mason?
It can get very hot in Ohio in August, so make sure to pack a hat and sunscreen. Rain showers can pop up as well, so bring an umbrella or a poncho.
What can I bring in to the tournament?
You can bring in a bag if it is smaller than 12" x 18' x 15'. You are also allowed to carry in one unopened see-through waterbottle or an empty reusable waterbottle.
What is the Garden Suite, and what does it include?
Our Garden Suite offers premium club-style seating in Section 102, rows E-H, with an all-inclusive food and beverage package by a celebrity chef, private Center Court gate access, a new VIP entrance, private restrooms, and an air-conditioned indoor space with a private patio. Enjoy complimentary grab-and-go options, TVs for match viewing, and an elevated North Baseline view.
Are parking passes available?
Yes, parking passes are available for purchase; please ask your sales expert.
Can we play tennis?
Yes, The Club at Harper’s Point is a premier tennis facility and the host venue for our exclusive Tennis Clinic. Guests will have the chance to train on top-quality courts with expert instruction.
