Where will my seats be located?
Our luxury suite seats are located on the baseline of Center Court, just a few rows from the action. The Garden Suite offers an exceptional, all-inclusive experience for discerning guests. Inside, you'll enjoy delicious cuisine crafted by a celebrity chef, an open bar, and complimentary grab-and-go food and beverages throughout your visit. The suite features a comfortable, climate-controlled indoor space and a private patio for relaxation.
How do we get from the hotel to the tournament grounds?
Depending on your package, roundtrip transportation is provided to the tournament.
What if it rains?
Unfortunately, all Cincinnati Open courts are exposed to the elements, and rain may delay play. If matches are canceled due to weather or other reasons, seat privileges are lost for that day. No rain checks will be issued. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
What time is Carlos Alcaraz playing?
This is a great question and one we often receive. The draw is only released a few days before the tournament, and the order of play is only published the evening before the match. So, if there’s a specific player you’d like to see, we can usually predict which tickets you’ll need to see him. However, we can't know the exact time and court until the day before the match.
Is airfare included?
Airfare is not included in the package pricing. We wrote a blog post on how to book your own flights, since it’s the easiest and cheapest way to get your airfare. But if you’d like us to help you with your flights, we’d be glad to do so.
Is travel insurance available?
Yes, we recommend insuring your trip with an external provider. After booking, just take your invoice from us and present it to a travel insurance company, and protect your trip.
How flexible are tour dates?
Very! Click here to customize a package and make it your own.
What is the weather like in Mason?
It can get very hot in Ohio in August, so make sure to pack a hat and sunscreen. Rain showers can pop up as well, so bring an umbrella or a poncho.
What is the Garden Suite, and what does it include?
Our Garden Suite offers premium club-style seating in Section 102, rows E-H, with an all-inclusive food and beverage package by a celebrity chef, private Center Court gate access, a new VIP entrance, private restrooms, and an air-conditioned indoor space with a private patio. Enjoy complimentary grab-and-go options, TVs for match viewing, and an elevated North Baseline view.
Are parking passes available?
Yes, parking passes are available for purchase; please ask your sales expert.
What's the difference between the Lytle Hotel packages and Homewood Suites packages?
We offer two package options to suit your experience:
The Lytle Package: Elevate your experience with our hosted package at The Lytle, featuring exclusive perks. Enjoy a welcome dinner, a tennis clinic, and round-trip transportation to and from the event, all while staying at a premium hotel with fellow tennis fans.
Homewood Suites Package: Enjoy a comfortable stay at Homewood Suites with the flexibility to explore the tournament at your own pace. This package includes accommodations and your selected tennis tickets but does not include guided experiences or transportation.
Is transportation included in my package?
Transportation is included with our The Lytle packages, which provide round-trip transfers to and from the event. If you have the Homewood Suites package, transportation is not included.
Can we play tennis?
Yes, The Club at Harper’s Point is a premier tennis facility and the host venue for our exclusive Tennis Clinic. Guests will have the chance to train on top-quality courts with expert instruction.
