Where will my seats be located?
Our VIP Courtside Box seats are located on the sideline of Stadium Court, in the front row, as close to the action as you can get! Your VIP Courtside Box tickets come with access to a private hospitality space with a cash bar. Players are frequently known to come by the space to say hi. Our Courtside Bleacher tickets are located on the sideline of Stadium Court, and are within rows 1-10.
How do we get from the hotel to the tournament grounds?
While it's easy to drive to the venue or call an Uber or Lyft, we will also be offering roundtrip shuttle service from the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower.
Can we play tennis in Cleveland?
Yes! Our Player's Tour package offers morning tennis clinics on Stadium Court (where else do you get to do that?!) We’re also happy to arrange court time for you or set up a private lesson nearby.
What if it rains?
Fortunately, Stadium Court at Tennis in the Land is covered with a permanent roof/tent structure, so play on the main court will be able to continue if it rains. Unfortunately, the outer courts are exposed to the elements. Play may be delayed due to rain. If matches are cancelled due to weather or other reasons, seat privileges are lost for that day. No rain checks will be issued.
Is airfare included?
Airfare is not included in the package pricing. We wrote a blog post on how to book your own flights, since it’s the easiest and cheapest way to get your airfare. But if you’d like us to help you with your flights, we’d be glad to do so.
How flexible are tour dates?
Very. Let us know what you have in mind, and our travel planners can help.
What is the weather like in Cleveland?
It can get very hot in Ohio in August, so make sure to pack a hat and sunscreen. Rain showers can pop up as well, so bring an umbrella or a poncho.
